Q: How can I get a quote?

Q: Do I have to be home?
~ We prefer to have the space to maneuver in the most efficient method possible. However, we will NEVER expect you to leave if you are more comfortable staying home during the clean.
Q: How many cleaners do you send to my home?
~ Most jobs will be one regular cleaner being sent to your home. Larger jobs may require more staff to be scheduled.
Q: Are cleaning supplies included?
~ Yes! However, if you prefer we use yours, just let us know!
Q: What's included with a regular clean?
~ Dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, garbage's and floors! But you can add on much more!
Q: Are employees background checked?
~ Yes! every member of our team must have and maintain a clean record while working for Rise and Shine.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?
~ IF you are not satisfied with service you were provided, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible! We have a Rise and Shine Standard to uphold for you, and while cleans are non-refundable, we will go over any issues and return as soon as possible to rectify any issues.
Q: Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I booked?
~ Yes, we time our schedules to work in travel time, adjusted according to the season, to make sure we are at your home at the scheduled time.
When am I charged for service?
~ Payment for service is to be paid upon completion of the clean (or as per owner/client agreement).
